A story in several parts. Larson chases monsters with Sulya, his similian partner, not realizing that she is more than she seems. Sulya finds she does not have the power and influence she thought she had. A god gets frustrated, and Anithia, Larson's wife waits for him at home with Missa, a child who seems to have an occational visitor of her own.
